Ingredients
- 1½ cup Belle Isle Cold Brew Coffee OR Peppermint Patty, Pumpkin Pie, or Honey Habanero
- ½ cup dark rum
- 6 eggs (separated)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 3 cups whole milk
- ½ teaspoon Kosher salt
- whole nutmeg (for grating before serving)
Preparation
In a large mixing bowl, whisk egg yolks, sugar, and salt until smooth and creamy. Whisk in the milk, cream, and liquor. Cover bowl and refrigerate for at least an hour. Before serving, grate some fresh nutmeg on top of the cocktail.
