INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz. Belle Isle Peppermint Patty
- ½ oz. Chambord
- ½ oz. simple syrup
- 1 whole egg
Combine all ingredients in a shaker (without ice) and dry shake vigorously for at least 30 seconds and until frothy.
Open shaker and add ice, then shake again until chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe glass, and garnish with fresh raspberries and dark chocolate.
