GENERAL FAQS
- By purchasing Belle Isle products through this site, you verify that you are 21+ years of age.
- Customers may order a maximum of 6 bottles of moonshine and 12 4-packs of canned cocktails a month.
DISTILLERY/PICKUP
- Distillery + Pickup Hours: Monday - Friday, 10 AM - 4 PM // Saturday, 11 AM - 4 PM
- Orders can be picked up from our distillery located at:
615 Maury Street
Richmond, VA 23224
*The distillery entrance can be accessed through the parking lot entrance on Everett Street, located between 6th and 7th St. - We offer tastings of our bottled products at the Distillery and you can purchase any of our products on-site.
SHIPPING
- We can only ship products to Virginia addresses on this site. If you're looking to ship outside Virginia, head to our other site here!
- Our deliveries require an adult signature! You must be present with a valid ID to receive your shipment.
- We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
- Orders are shipped UPS Ground and will typically arrive between 3-5 business days of ordering. A tracking number will be provided!
- Orders over $99 automatically qualify for free shipping!
LOCAL DELIVERY
- Delivery Hours: Monday - Saturday, between 3 and 6 PM
- Our deliveries require you to be present with a valid ID to receive your order. The driver will knock on your door or call you at the phone number associated with your order when attempting delivery.
- If you would like to know where your delivery is, you can call our delivery partner Richmond Express at 804-788-8080 with your name and order number after 3pm on your selected delivery date.
- Orders over $99 automatically qualify for free delivery!
- We deliver to a 3-zone radius from our distillery in Manchester:
