When I say “new favorite,” I legit mean it. That Minty Mule? STUNNING (add a splash of ginger liquor too, if you have it on hand). In your coffee? DIVINE. A shot added to your ice cream float or milkshake? YES PLEASE. Even shared some with an “I only drink ___” client during a recent work social...they sat there sipping on it with a grin, and come back for seconds.
I purchased this after someone suggested adding it to hot cocoa bombs to make a Dirty Thin Mint.
It was definitely worth taking the time to go pick it up! We are fortunate in RVA to have such thriving craft distilleries!
Great tasting and enjoyed giving as a unique gift to others. Flavor profile of Fresh Mint and Chocolate enjoyed neat and haven’t begun even trying as a mixer...no need!
At first thought I was thinking liquid York Peppermint Patty, upon tasting I was wrong, it wasn't close as one might think given the name, to me it seemed more like a light mint whiskey. Don't get wrong I actually like mint whiskey, Cold Spell was the best, but the thought that came across when I was drinking it was closer to Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream. I'm actually going to try to make a rendition of the Mojito, instead of Rum I'll give Belle Isle Peppermint Patty a spin. I do like the Peppermint Patty, it's just not what I was thinking given the name, but I'll still keep it on hand and think up some cocktails. Granted it was perfect in Coffee, it made a good peppermint mocha.
