Winter Margarita - Belle Isle Blood Orange cocktail recipe

Ingredients

1½ oz. Belle Isle Blood Orange
½ oz. mezcal
1 oz. pear nectar
1 oz. lime juice
½ oz. agave syrup

Preparation

Add all ingredients to a mixing tin with ice. Shake and double-strain into a rocks glass over a big ice cube. Garnish with fresh thyme.
