Ingredients
- 1½ oz. Belle Isle Cold Brew Coffee
- 1½ oz. Belle Isle Black Label
- 1 light barspoon absinthe
- 1 oz. grapefruit juice
- ¾ oz. lime juice
- ½ oz. pineapple juice
- ½ oz. falernum
- ¼ oz. grenadine
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a blender and cover with ice. Blend until smooth and pour into Collins glass. Garnish with a pineapple slice and cherry.
