Ingredients
- 2 oz. Belle Isle Black Label
- 3 oz. fresh lime juice
- 1 oz. simple syrup
- pinch of salt and pepper
Preparation
Shaken: Add all ingredients to a shaker tin with ice. Shake and strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a lime wheel.
Frozen: Add all ingredients to a blender and cover with ice. Blend until smooth and garnish with a lime wheel.
