Ingredients
- 1 oz. Belle Isle Black Label
- 1 teaspoon finely grated peeled ginger
- ¾ oz. lemon juice
- ¾ oz. maple syrup
- pinch of cayenne pepper
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a mixing tin with ice. Shake vigorously and double-strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
