Ingredients
- 2 oz. Belle Isle Cold Brew Coffee
- 2 oz. espresso or cold brew concentrate
- ¾ oz. simple syrup
- optional: add ½ oz. of Belle Isle Pumpkin Pie or Peppermint Patty for some seasonal flair!
Preparation
Add first three ingredients to mixing tin & shake vigorously.
Strain over fresh ice into a tall glass & top with ginger beer.
