- 1 ½ oz. Belle Isle Prickly Pear
- ½ oz. mezcal
- ¾ oz. pineapple juice
- ¾ oz. grenadine
- ½ oz. lime juice
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until well chilled and strain into a rocks glass over a big ice cube. Garnish with a pineapple leaf.
