Tiki Cowboy – Belle Isle Prickly Pear cocktail recipe

Ingredients

1 ½ oz. Belle Isle Prickly Pear
½ oz. aged rum
½ oz. dry curacao
¾ oz. grapefruit juice
½ oz. fresh lime juice
½ oz. banana liqueur (we used Tempus Fugit Crème De Banane Liqueur

Preparation

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until well chilled and strain into a tiki mug or rocks glass over crushed ice.
