- 1½ oz. Belle Isle Lemon Lavender
- ¼ oz. lemon juice
- ¼ oz. simple syrup
- 3 oz. sparkling wine
Add Belle Isle, lemon juice and simple syrup to a flute and stir to combine.
Add ice (or skip the ice if your wine is already chilled), then top with the sparkling wine.
Garnish with a lemon twist and any fresh berries you might already have.
