- 2 oz. Belle Isle Honey Habanero
- ¾ oz. fresh lime
- ½ oz. sage simple**
- ½ oz. Angostura bitters
Add all ingredients to a mixing tin with ice. Shake and double-strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a slapped sage leaf.
**Sage simple recipe:
Bring one cup of water to a boil, then add one cup of white sugar. Bring down to a simmer, then add a handful (roughly 10) sage leaves. Let simmer for 5 minutes, then let rest for another 15 minutes. Strain out sage leaves and let cool.
