- 2 oz. Belle Isle Cold Brew Coffee
- 1 oz. pumpkin syrup**
- 1 oz. cream
- 1 egg white
- ½ oz. lemon juice
- ½ oz. lime juice
- 3 dashes orange blossom water
- 2 oz. club soda
Add all ingredients except for soda to a mixing tin. Shake for a full minute without ice, then add ice and shake for another 15 seconds. Strain into a Collins glass, then top with soda.
**Pumpkin syrup recipe:
Boil one cup of water over medium-high heat. Add ¼ cup white sugar, ¼ cup brown sugar, and three tablespoons pumpkin purée, and 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice. Simmer for five minutes, then let cool.
