Ingredients
- 1 oz. Belle Isle Ruby Red Grapefruit
- 1 oz. gin
- ¾ oz. sweet vermouth
- ¾ oz. Campari
- ¼ oz. Averna (optional)
- 2 oz. fresh grapefruit
- 2 oz. blood orange juice
- ice (for blended option)
Preparation
Blended - add all ingredients to blender, serve frozen.
Non-blended - add all ingredients to shaker tin. Shake and double-strain over ice.
