- 2 oz. Belle Isle Black Label
- ½ oz. simple syrup
- ¾ oz. fresh lime juice
- 3-4 mint leaves
- club soda (to top)
- mint sprig and lime wheel garnish
Add Belle Isle, mint, and the simple syrup into a cocktail shaker. Lightly muddle the mint, but not too much that the mint shreds into tiny pieces.
Add lime juice and ice, then shake. Strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice, then top with club soda. Garnish with a smacked mint sprig and lime wheel.
