- 1 ½ oz. Belle Isle Mango Tangerine
- ¾ oz. Aperol
- 1 oz. tangerine juice
- ½ oz. lemon juice
- ½ oz. simple syrup
- 1 egg white (or ½ oz. aquafaba)
Add all ingredients to mixing tin with ice & shake vigorously. Strain into tin and shake again without ice. Double strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with dehydrated tangerine.
