- 2 oz. Belle Isle Lemon Lavender
- ½ oz. simple syrup
- ½. oz heavy cream
- ¼. oz lemon juice
- ¼. oz lime juice
- 3 dashes orange blossom water (optional)
- 1 fresh egg white
- club soda
Add Lemon Lavender, simple syrup, heavy cream, lemon and lime juices, orange flower water and egg white into a shaker and dry-shake (without ice) vigorously for about 10 seconds.
Add ice and shake until well-chilled, about 15-30 seconds. Double-strain into a Collins glass.
Pour a little bit of club soda back and forth between the empty halves of the shaker to pick up any leftover froth, then use that to top the drink. Garnish with dried lavender or lemon twist.
