Ingredients
- ¼-½ bottle Belle Isle Peach Jasmine (depends on how boozy you want it)
- 1 bottle white wine (we went Albariño)
- 6 oz. peach juice
- 1 peach, sliced
- 1 orange, sliced
- 1 lemon, sliced
- handful of basil
- club soda, to top
Preparation
Add your sliced fruits and basil to a large pitcher (saving some basil to garnish at the end), then top with Belle Isle, white wine, and peach juice. Stir to combine, then let chill in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours minimum, or up to 24 hours. The longer it sits, the more complex the flavors become.
When ready, serve over ice in wine glasses. Top glasses with a splash of club soda, then garnish with fruit from the pitcher and a fresh basil sprig.
