Ingredients
- 1 oz. Belle Isle Honey Habanero

1 oz. Rye whiskey

bar spoon of Demerara sugar or a sugar cube

3 drops Peychaud's bitters

1 drop Angostura bitters

4-5 drops absinthe
Preparation
Muddle a sugar cube with a few drops of water in a mixing glass. Add Belle Isle, rye, bitters, and ice to glass and stir well. In a chilled rocks glass, roll a few drops inside until thoroughly coated. Pour off the excess. Strain the contents of the mixing glass into the absinthe-lined glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
