- 2 oz. Belle Isle Pumpkin Pie
- ½ oz. amaretto
- ½ oz. simple syrup
- 1 whole egg
- freshly grated nutmeg (garnish)
Combine ingredients (except nutmeg) in a shaker. Dry shake (without ice) for at least 30 seconds. Then add ice, and shake again until chilled.
Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with freshly grated nutmeg on top.
