2 oz. Belle Isle Peppermint Patty
½ oz. lime juice
4 oz. ginger beer

PREPARATION:

Add Belle Isle and lime juice to a Collins glass. Add ice, then top with ginger beer. Stir, then garnish with a mint sprig and a lime wheel.
