- 2 oz. Belle Isle Lemon Lavender
- ½ oz. fresh lemon juice
- ½ oz. Licor 43
- ½ oz. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 fresh egg white
In a shaker, combine all ingredients and dry shake (without ice) until frothy. Then add ice, and shake again until chilled.
Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with a lemon peel.
