Ingredients

• 2 oz. Belle Isle Lemon Lavender
• ½ oz. fresh lemon juice
• ½ oz. Licor 43
• ½ oz. extra virgin olive oil
• 1 fresh egg white

Preparation

In a shaker, combine all ingredients and dry shake (without ice) until frothy. Then add ice, and shake again until chilled.

Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with a lemon peel.
