Ingredients
- 2 oz. Belle Isle Yuzu Ginger
- 1½ oz. pineapple juice
- ½ oz. triple sec
- ½ oz. lime juice
- ½ oz. agave syrup
- 1 jalapeño, cored and sliced
Preparation
Add Yuzu Ginger and a few slices of jalapeño to a shaker tin.
Muddle the jalapeño, then add the rest of your ingredients.
Top with ice, then shake until chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice, then garnish with a lime wheel and more jalapeño (if desired).
