Espresso Mint-ini - Belle Isle Peppermint Patty cocktail recipe

Ingredients

2 oz. Belle Isle Peppermint Patty
½ oz. Belle Isle Cold Brew Coffee
1 oz. espresso or cold brew concentrate
½ oz. simple syrup

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake until chilled, then strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a couple coffee beans.
