Dirty Bird 2.0 - Belle Isle Pineapple Coconut cocktail recipe

Ingredients

2 oz. Belle Isle Pineapple Coconut
½ oz. Belle Isle Cold Brew Coffee
¾ oz. Campari
1½ oz. pineapple juice
¾ oz. lime juice
½ oz. simple or demerara syrup

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice, then shake until chilled.

Strain into a tiki glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and bourbon cherry.
