Ingredients
- 2 oz. Belle Isle Pineapple Coconut
- ½ oz. Belle Isle Cold Brew Coffee
- ¾ oz. Campari
- 1½ oz. pineapple juice
- ¾ oz. lime juice
- ½ oz. simple or demerara syrup
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice, then shake until chilled.
Strain into a tiki glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and bourbon cherry.
