Ingredients
- 2 oz. Belle Isle Pineapple Coconut
- ¾ oz. blue curaçao
- ¾ oz. lime juice
- 3 oz. pineapple juice
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice, then shake until chilled.
Strain into a hurricane glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and cocktail umbrella.
