- 2 oz. Belle Isle Cold Brew Coffee
- 1 oz. Kahlúa
- ¼ oz. Amaretto
- ¼ oz. Baileys Irish Cream
- Splash of heavy cream
- Cold brew coffee of your choice
- Combine Belle Isle, Kahlúa, amaretto, and cold brew in shaker tin and shake.
- Pour tossed ingredients over ice in a chilled pint glass.
- Shake Baileys and heavy cream in a chilled tin and float on top.
- Garnish with fresh mint.
