  • 2 oz. Belle Isle Cold Brew Coffee
  • 1 oz. Kahlúa
  • ¼ oz. Amaretto
  • ¼ oz. Baileys Irish Cream
  • Splash of heavy cream
  • Cold brew coffee of your choice

Preparation

  1. Combine Belle Isle, Kahlúa, amaretto, and cold brew in shaker tin and shake.
  2. Pour tossed ingredients over ice in a chilled pint glass.
  3. Shake Baileys and heavy cream in a chilled tin and float on top.
  4. Garnish with fresh mint.
