Ingredients

• 1½ oz. Belle Isle Blood Orange

• ½ oz. mezcal

• ½ oz. lime

• 3 oz. blood orange soda (San Pellegrino is good!)

Preparation

Add first three ingredients to a mixing tin with ice. Shake and double strain into a Collins glass over ice. Top with blood orange soda, and garnish with an orange wheel.
