The Moon Also Shines – Belle Isle Ruby Red Grapefruit cocktail recipe

Ingredients

2 oz. Belle Isle Ruby Red Grapefruit
½ oz. Luxardo (or other maraschino liqueur)
¾ oz. fresh lime juice
½ oz. fresh Ruby Red grapefruit juice

Preparation

Add all ingredients to a mixing tin with ice. Shake and double-strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a grapefruit wedge or lime wheel.
