Ingredients
- 1 oz. Belle Isle Yuzu Ginger
- ½ oz. lemon juice
- ½ oz. simple syrup
- 3 oz. Potter's Farmhouse Dry cider (or any dry cider)
Preparation
Add first three ingredients to mixing tin & shake vigorously. Strain into a flute glass and top with dry cider. Garnish with sliced apple.
