Ingredients

• 1 ½ oz. Belle Isle Honey Habanero
• 1 oz. raspberry preserves
• ¾ oz. lemon juice
• 1 oz. egg white

Preparation

Add all ingredients to mixing tin with ice & shake vigorously.  Strain into tin and shake again without ice. Double strain into chilled coupe. Garnish with fresh raspberries.
