Founded in 2013 in Richmond, VA, Belle Isle Moonshine has our eyes set on bringing premium moonshine to bars and homes around the world. As a Market Manager in Virginia, you'll be a critical member of our tight-knit team. You will have direct ownership of managing On and Off Premise accounts in our home market. On a daily basis, you’ll be working to grow our business through case sales and presence. You will be on the front lines, making you an essential collaborating partner to our marketing, events and production team.


  • Develop and maintain relationships with all accounts and stakeholders
  • Identify and target key On and Off Premise accounts for brand activation
  • Ownership and stewardship of each brand within the Belle Isle portfolio
  • Strengthen and expand the business relationship with the VA ABC for optimized Off Premise sales
  • Meet or exceed predetermined revenue target
  • Manage all financial aspects of market activities within the allocated budget
  • Regularly report on sales performance, market trends, and account status. Analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Promote continual output improvements and actively contribute to a culture of innovation, excellence, and accountability
  • Team collaboration and Support - Work closely with other departments, including marketing, logistics, and production. Provide insights and feedback to enhance overall business strategy

Alcohol industry sales/marketing experience preferred
