As a Key Account Manager, You’ll work closely with top restaurants and retailers, leading the charge on relationship building, securing placements, driving activations, and spreading the good word (and even better cocktails).
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER
- Account Ownership: Manage and nurture relationships within your designated key account universe with consistency and care.
- Customer Success: Add value by understanding each account’s unique needs and aligning our offerings to support their success.
- Program Execution: Implement brand programming and activations at the local level, ensuring timely and effective rollout across key accounts.
- Sales Growth: Secure high-quality orders, activate new placements, and drive revenue by achieving or exceeding monthly sales forecasts.
- Strategic Insight: Identify new growth opportunities, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and bring fresh ideas by analyzing sales data, monitoring competitor activity, and engaging in creative problem-solving.
- Performance Tracking: Track and report on distribution, sales volume, and performance metrics daily, weekly, and monthly—knowing your territory inside and out.
- Account Visits: Regularly visit top accounts to strengthen relationships, reduce churn, and ensure Belle Isle remains top-of-mind and on-menu.
- Programming & Planning: Plan and organize account-specific programming in advance, staying ahead of timelines and aligned with our broader Program Calendar.
- Event Support: Assist with the execution of events, staff education sessions, tastings, and promotional initiatives to drive engagement and awareness.
- Brand Stewardship: Be a passionate owner of the entire Belle Isle portfolio and champion our presence in every account.
- Business Reviews: Be ready to report on performance weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually with clear insights and action plans.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: Operate with an entrepreneurial mindset, constantly pushing to grow Belle Isle’s presence across all categories and lead the charge in your market.
