After loving the Yuzu Ginger and Blood Orange flavors of Belle Isle Moonshine, I was excited to try the Prickly Pear. I’ve loved other cocktails made with prickly pear flavor. However, I was disappointed. The balance was off with the spirit.
I will stick with Yuzu Ginger and Blood Orange.

There's not much Belle Isle make that I don't like but this right here... I LOVE❤️..2 cubes of ice 🧊 is all you need ...add a little Usher or Anthony Hamilton and it's a perfect date!
Love it! Substitute Prickly Pear for Aperol, Prosecco, sub lime for orange and top with club soda! Delicious and refreshing.
