Ingredients

• 1 ½ oz. Belle Isle Yuzu Ginger
• ¾ oz. simple syrup
• ¾ oz. lemon juice
• 4-6 fresh mint leaves

Preparation

Add all ingredients to a mixing tin with ice. Shake well and double-strain into the rocks glass over a big ice cube. Garnish with mint sprig.
