- 2 oz. Belle Isle Strawberry Matcha
- ½ oz. triple sec
- ½ oz. agave syrup
- ¾ oz. lime juice
If using a salted rim, use a lime wedge to wet one side of your glass and dip in kosher salt. Set aside.
Add Belle Isle, triple sec, agave syrup, lime juice, and ice to a shaker. Shake, then strain into your rocks glass over fresh ice.
Garnish with a lime wheel.
