Cactus Water – Belle Isle Prickly Pear cocktail recipe

Ingredients

1 ½ oz. Belle Isle Prickly Pear
½ oz. lime
Top with Topo Chico (or other sparkling water)
lime wheels for garnish

Preparation

Add Belle Isle and lime juice to a Collins glass. Add some crushed ice to fill, then top with Topo Chico. Garnish with a lime wheel.
